Your SITNet ID and password allow you to access the Library’s databases, to request an Interlibrary Loan, and to ask an email Reference question from home.  This account is free to all currently registered students, faculty, and staff. If you do not have a SITNet account see Information Technology Services’ Accounts page.

  1. Go to: sunypoly.edu/library
  2. Select Resources > Databases.
  3. Select the database you want to use.
  4. You will be asked for your username and password. These are your SITNet ID.

  2. Select Services > Interlibrary Loan.
  3. Select Illiad.
  4. You will be asked for your username and password. These are your SITNet ID. Then click on the Logon to ILLiad button and follow the instructions to order ILL materials.
  1. Go to: sunypoly.edu/library
  2. Select Services > Ask A Librarian
  3. Click Email a Librarian.
  4. Ask only basic questions having brief answers such as addresses, phone numbers, statistics, referrals, or quick facts. We will respond as soon as possible during weekdays.
